communication issues

The location is fantastic, with access to the Trevi Fountain and several dining options nearby.

Communication with the staff could be improved. There were moments when responses via WhatsApp were slow and I felt uncertain about certain arrangements.

There where an electric kettle, air conditioning, and a personal safe in the room, truly enjoyed that. The location was stunning, right in the heart of town, in the crowded area. Also, this hotel was situated 4 km from tourist destination like Clarehall Shopping Centre...

The hotel was in a central location right in the heart of town. It was also not far from Fontana Di Trevi, restaurants, souvenir shops, gelators and even a Mcdonalds, and the Trevi Fountain.

Recommend it for couples seeking authenticity

Location was unbelievable. The room was modern, comfy, and had character since it was in a 600-year-old building.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but totally acceptable.

Found this gem close to Trevi Fountain! The cleanliness and friendly staff contributed to a pleasant experience, although lugging heavy luggage up the three flights of stairs was challenging. Enjoyed a spacious room to unwind, which was very quiet despite the busy street outside.

Perfect spot near Trevi

We stayed 3 nights and loved how close we were to the Trevi Fountain! The staff was super nice, even let us stash our bags after checkout. Cleaning was daily, nice too. Just wish the AC wasn't so loud at night, but at least the room stayed comfy. Breakfast options were decent too.

The room was spacious and clean, a big plus for us. Loved the soundproofing. With the windows closed, it was super quiet despite the busy area outside. The decor was modern yet cozy, and we had enough space to unpack and relax. The bathroom was nice too, not cramped at all. It's a great spot to come back to after a day of exploring.

The location of piccola trevi suites is fantastic, just around the corner from the trevi fountain. We enjoyed going there every night with our gelato. The housekeepers were friendly and kept everything tidy too.
